Return & Refund Policy

At ASAU INTERNATIONAL, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 10 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please keep your order confirmation or order number as proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns for final-sale items, custom-made or personalized products, or gift cards.

How to Request a Return

Email asauint@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and an authorization number. Returns sent without approval may be refused.

Please package your item securely and use a tracked shipping service. For international returns, mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” and follow the applicable customs requirements.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is due to our error. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Customers are also responsible for any customs duties or charges resulting from incorrectly declared return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at asauint@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Inspection may take 7–14 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take another 5–10 business days to appear.

Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency. Exchange-rate changes may affect the amount received in your local currency. Original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are not refundable under this policy.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges on international orders. If you need a different size or item, you may return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.
